My experience in the customer service field includes 10 years as a receptionist, transcriptionist and assistant in a podiatrist office in Quincy, IL. Most recently, four years in the waste services field as a customer service representative and dispatcher for Wigand Disposal Company in Chillicothe, IL.

My hobbies are flower gardening, bowling and photography. My real passion is being a sports fanatic, enjoying hockey, football and baseball. My husband, Mike, and I have two sons and a very soon to be daughter-in-law. Our sweet Maltipoo, Miss Ivy Waveland, is the clown of our family and brings such joy to our home.
